 All orders follow a strict shipping policy of 1-8 business days! PLEASE ONLY COUNT BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING! Most orders are shipped within the same week as your order. Please keep in mind that shipping can take up to 10 days during sales and high volume holidays ( including international holidays). Shipping notifications and tracking numbers will be available VIA the email or the website. Please allow enough time for your order to be processed and shipped before contacting us! 

Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for delivery. Although, I will do my best with helping with any troubled deliveries. The responsibility is passed on to the Unites States Postal Service (800-275-8777)

Due to COVID-19, We will not accept any returns or exchanges! 

If your items were damaged or the issue falls on us, we will follow the necessary steps for replacing your items!
